Terms & Conditions for Rupalekhya Group Company in Kolkata.





Reservation and Booking:

Applicant must provide accurate information during the reservation and booking process. Valid identification and proof of communication address are necessary.

Payment:

Payment must be made as per the agreed-upon schedule. Failure to comply may result in the cancellation of the provisional booking, as per terms mentioned.

Security Deposit:

A security deposit will be charged and returned after subject to any deductions for damages or outstanding dues.

Cancellation Policy:

Purchaser hereby undertake to execute the Agreement for Sale as per the Company’s Policy within a period of 15 to 30 days from the date of provisional booking.
Purchaser hereby indemnify the Company towards any Legal Proceedings pertaining to payments / cancellation etc. with regard to the Terms & Conditions.

Damages and Maintenance:

Purchasers are liable for any damages caused to the property after their handover of the property.Report any maintenance issues promptly.

Liability

Rupalekhya shall not be held responsible for any accidents, injuries or losses that occur on the property, beyond handover.

Amendments:

Rupalekhya reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions as necessary. Purchasers will be notified of any changes. By making a reservation with Rupalekhya, Purchasers acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions.

Service Eligibility

• To utilize our flat-buying service, one must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid identification and proof of address during the booking process is required.
• The buying or selling agreement is strictly for personal residential purposes.

Binding Agreement for Rupalekhya Flat Provider Company in Kolkata:

• Rupalekhya reserves the right to accept or reject any booking request at its discretion.
• Purchasers must meet the specified eligibility criteria, including age and identification requirements.
• To enter into a binding agreement with Rupalekhya for flat buying or selling services.
• Purchasers agree to pay the agreed amount and security deposit as consideration for the service provided by Rupalekhya.
• Both parties have rights and responsibilities, including timely payment, adherence to house rules and maintenance of the property during the time period.
• The agreement could be dismissed by mutual agreement or if either party fails to meet its obligations as described in the terms and conditions.
• We agree to be contacted via Whatsapp , SMS, Phone/Call, Email.
• Related to any disputes, that would be subjected to the Court within Local Jurisdiction only.
• Application form does not create any right in favour of the Applicant/Purchaser.
• The whole right will be created upon the execution of Deed of Conveyance on the Apartment/Car Parking or both etc.
